About
Why this exists.
Built by a coach, not a software company. Free on purpose.

How it started.
A coach.
A dad of three.John is an American fitness coach living in the Philippines.
He kept seeing it.
Overweight adults, and kids too. He wants people to live longer.
The apps didn’t know tapa.
Or sinangag. Or a real cup of rice. Not one tracker he tried knew the food his clients eat.
So he built it himself.
No tech background. He made the first version anyway.
It is not willpower. Most people have no idea what is in the food they eat every day.
You cannot fix what you cannot see.
Built by someone who coaches this every day
It asks what a coach would ask: raw or cooked, fried or boiled. You check the number before it saves.
Free, and meant to stay that way
You should not have to pay to know what you ate. It runs on your phone, works with no signal, and needs no account.
What it will not do
Four things it is not.
Pretend to be exact
Every number is an estimate. Close enough to steer by.
Replace a doctor or a coach
It counts food. For your health, talk to a professional.
Sell what you eat
Your meals never leave your phone. Nothing to sell.
Nag you
No streaks, no guilt alerts. Miss a day, nothing happens.
If something is wrong, say so
Spot a gap? Say so. Or add the dish yourself, once, and it stays on your phone.
